1. Mantle (noun): An important role or responsibility that passes from one person to another. (दायित्व , जिम्मेदारी)
Synonyms: Role,  Duty, Responsibility, Function, Position, Job

Example: The second son has now assumed his father's mantle.
 
2. Dais (noun): A raised surface at one end of a meeting room that someone can standon when speaking to a group: (मंच, उठाव, चबूतरा)
Synonyms: Rostrum, Podium, Pulpit, Lectern, Platform, Stage
Example: The King took his place on the dais and watched the dancing.
3. Recuperate (noun): Recover from illness or exertion. (स्वस्थ हो जाना, चंगा हो जाना)
Synonyms: Convalesce, Mend, Recoup ,Improve, Recover
Antonyms: Degenerate, Deteriorate, Regress, Wilt, Wither
Example: She has been recuperating from a knee injury.
 
4. Mourning (noun): The expression of sorrow for someone's death. (शोक, मातम)
Synonyms: Lamentation, Bereavement, Grief, Melancholy
Antonyms: Delight, Exultation,  Joy, Rejoice
Example:  We mourned for weeks after our beloved petʼs death
 
5. Sweltering (adj): Uncomfortably hot. (तपता)
Synonyms: Scalding, Scorching, Searing, Sultry
Antonyms: Algid, Glacial, Frosty, Frigid 
Example: The air conditioning was broken, and it was sweltering in the office.
6. Quip (noun): A witty remark. (ताना, चतुराई की बोली)
Synonyms: Jest, Gibe, Epigram, Pun  
Antonyms: Seriousness, Solemnity, Graveness
Example: The president responded to the journalist’s question with a clever quip.
7. Procession (noun): A number of people or vehicles moving forward in an orderly fashion, especially as part of a ceremony. (जुलूस, बारात)
Synonyms:  Cavalcade,  Motorcade, Carcade, Cortège
Antonyms: Recession, Retreat, Regression
Example:  A grand procession rolled through the streets of the festive city. .
8. Profusely (Adverb): With A Large Amount Of Something. (बहुतायत से,  बहुत अधिक मात्रा में)
Synonyms: Copiously, Extravagantly, Bounteously, Abundantly, Plentifully
Antonyms: Meagrely,  Scantily, Sparingly
Example: Sweating profusely is often a sign of a high fever.
 
9. Abashed (adj): Embarrassed: (लज्जित, घबराया हुआ)
Synonyms: Disconcerted, Chagrined, Mortified, Confused
Antonyms: Composed, Undaunted, Emboldened
Example: Mitali felt terribly abashed when she walked into the wrong hotel room.
 
10. Emphatic (adj): Fame or acknowledged superiority within a particular sphere. (ज़ोरदार, प्रभावी)
Synonyms: Vehement, Vigorous,  Assertive, Dynamic, Energetic
Antonyms: Obscure, Hesitant, Uncertain
Example: She was equally emphatic about the importance of discipline.
